Southwest Georgia Nephrology was
established in 1976 by Eugene Clark, M.D., F.A.C.P. Since its founding
it has been recognized as Southwest Georgia's premier clinic treating
hypertension and renal failure. One reason for this recognition is our
constant strive for improvement. Currently, Southwest Georgia
Nephrology's five physicians and two physician assistants are on staff
at both Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital and Palmyra Medical Centers. In
addition to hospital work, these dedicated physicians round regularly at
six satellite clinics operated by Dialysis Clinics, Inc. and Crisp
Regional Dialysis Center.
Our office fronting North Jefferson street offers
patients a state of the art on site laboratory. Not only is our
laboratory conveniently located on premises, but we are also located
near local hospitals, pharmacies, and other health related services.
With a doctor on call 24 hours a day, seven days a
week, help is never far away. In addition, we take the bonds between a
doctor and his or her patient seriously, striving to exceed expectations
in every aspect of care. Southwest Georgia Nephrology Clinic is
dedicated to going beyond simply treating patients; at SWGA Nephrology
you will be treated well.
